• Conducted and oversaw security research at the Georgia Tech Information Security Center (GTISC), leading projects in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) security, IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) security, network security, SPAM, online information credibility, eDemocracy, and other security-related topics
• Directly oversaw five to ten graduate students per semester, advising them on research projects and regularly interfacing with more than one dozen faculty and staff, as well as external sponsors from industry, state and federal government, and the military
• Lead GTISC interactions with the Georgia Tech Research Institute, including new initiatives for security-related applied research (obtained US secret clearance)
